Gilles, The Hog

One of the Commanders of The Dragon's army.

How to stagger it

This boss runs on its own stamina bar rather than a stagger gauge. It starts a fight with 100 stamina, and every attack it throws costs it some — run it dry and it has to stop. Separately, 300 accumulated damage drops it into a vulnerable state.

Every one of its attacks costs 25 stamina, so 4 swings in a row and it has to stop and catch its breath — that gap is this fight’s built-in damage window.

In phase two the bar grows to 150, so it now takes 6 swings to exhaust.

Vulnerable state lasts 2 seconds.

Attacks

Damage is the hit on your health; the block column is the multiplier applied to your Block Stamina.

The game never displays attack names. The names below are read off the designers’ internal identifiers, printed underneath so you can check the reading yourself.
